There is no way you can contact with the Vendor/ Suppliers. As Arika Platform maintains the privacy of every customer and vendor. But if you are facing aby issue you can write to us in our Help area, our team will look into this matter and response as quick as possible.

Trade Assurance is Afrika Platform order protection service, which ensures your product is produced to the quality you expect, paid for securely, and shipped on time. If it’s not, Afrika Platform customer service representatives are there for you through the dispute resolution process — from investigation to mediation and reimbursement.
How to submit a complaint for offline order?
For offline orders, Afrika Platform will only handle the complaint if the supplier fails to deliver products after payment or if the buyer refuses to pay after delivery. We will not handle complaints related to product conformity, damage, or shortage. Hope you could understand.
Yes, it's necessary to log into your Afrika Platform account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security.

Every product purchased it is the duty of the vendor/seller to ship the orders to its desired shipping location.
Couriers make sure that the delivery is re-attempted the next working day if you can't collect your order the first time.
On the rare occasion that your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you and you can also track its status by visiting My Orders.
An e-mail will be sent once you've successfully placed your order. We'll also let you know as soon as the seller ships the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). You can track your orders from the 'My Orders' section on your Afrika Platform account.
